​Outreach events were an important aspect of our brand identity because bringing together people who felt passionately about female representation in commonly male dominated fields was what underpinned forming Lilith Racing. Being able to directly reach out to members of both our school and larger community allowed us to bring our enthusiasm for F1 and determination to change the narrative about who could succeed in these roles offered a fulfilling experience, we've shared below.
